Zero Tolerance to Corruption

The global objective of this call for proposals is to enhance the rule of law in the country by raising the intolerance to corruption in the whole society.

• be a legal person and
• be non-profit-making and
• be a specific type of organisation such as: civil society organisations i.e. organisations considered as non-state, non-profit making actors operating on an independent and accountable basis. They include: non-governmental organisations, professional associations, employers’ associations and trade unions (social partners), chambers of commerce, universities and any other non-governmental associations and independent foundations,
• be established in a country eligible under the IPA III regulation; i.e. EU Member States, beneficiaries listed in Annex I of the IPA III regulation, members of the European Economic Area and Neighbourhood partner countries and territories covered by NDICI (annex I of NDICI)
• be registered at least 2 years before the call is launched
• be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary.

Co-applicants must satisfy the eligibility criteria as applicable to the lead applicant himself.
