The global objective of this assignment is to contribute to enhanced youth engagement and youth inclusion in the programmes and policies of the EU Delegation to North Macedonia

• be a legal person and
• be non-profit-making and
• be non-governmental organisation registered in line with the Law on Associations and Foundations
• be established in the Republic of North Macedonia at least seven (7) years before this call is launched and
• have the status of a umbrella youth organisation according to the Law on Youth Participation and Youth Policy of the Republic of North Macedonia , since at least five years at the moment of publishing of this call for proposals.
• be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary, and
• not being in any of the situations listed in Section 2.4. of the practical guide
