The global objective of this call for proposals is: To increase protection and promotion of human rights and fundamental freedoms, democracy and the rule of law in North Macedonia

• be a legal person and
• be non-profit-making and
• be a specific type of organisation such as: non-governmental organisation, including civil society organisations and
• be effectively established in the Republic of North Macedonia and
• be effectively established at least 2 (two) years before this call is launched and
• be directly responsible for the preparation and management of the action with the co-applicant(s) and affiliated entity(ies), not acting as an intermediary 

Co-applicants must satisfy the eligibility criteria as applicable to the lead applicant himself
