Prevent and combat all forms of gender-based violence against women and girls, domestic violence, cyberviolence, violence against children, and violence affecting groups at risk. Support and protect victims of violence and contribute to the implementation of the Istanbul Convention and EU legislation on combating violence against women and domestic violence.

Applicants must be legal entities established in an eligible country. Eligible applicants include non-profit public or private organisations and international organisations. Eligibility requirements vary depending on the selected priority. Priorities 2, 3 and 4 require a consortium of at least two organisations. Priority 4 also requires the participation of at least one public authority.
