Citizens, Equality, Rights and Values Programme (CERV)

The CERV-2025-EQUAL grant aims to foster equality and combat various forms of discrimination, including racism, xenophobia, antisemitism, anti-Muslim hatred, antigypsyism, LGBTIQ-phobia, and other intolerances. It seeks to promote comprehensive policies that address these issues both online and offline.

Eligible applicants for the CERV-2025-EQUAL grant include legal entities (public or private bodies) established within the EU Member States, including overseas territories and certain non-EU countries that are associated with the CERV Programme or are in the process of association agreement negotiations.

For certain priorities, coordinators must be non-profit organizations or public authorities, depending on the program context. A minimum of two entities must be part of the consortium.
