• Improve access to safe, adequate and quality multisectoral services for women and girls survivors of violence;
• Prevent gender-based violence through changes in behaviors, practices and attitudes;
• Strengthen laws, policies, and accountability systems to prevent and end violence against women and girls.

Civil society organizations with at least five years of experience in projects combating gender-based violence (in exceptional cases, three years) may submit proposals

Partnerships with smaller, local and grassroot women’s and girls’ rights organizations – whether as supporting partners or co-implementing partners – are encouraged.
