Strengthened capacities of local grass-root leaders for fast development of tourism
EXPECTED RESULTS
- Identified needs and degree of institutional development of the local organisation through self-evaluation of the members;
- Improved capacities of the members of the local organisation for strategic and financial planning and project planning and management through 3 workshops and 2 two-day trainings;
- Prepared strategic document and increased awareness for the need for internal strategic documents for efficient and sustainable operation of the organisation.
