Besides this annual analysis, other analyses may also be produced as needed. These additional analyses will primarily refer to the legal and fiscal framework for CSOs’ operation. The analyses would encompass comparative and national overview with clear recommendations for improving the regulation.
Implementation of the Government Strategy for Cooperation with and Development of the Civil Society 2022-2024 – Report on the Implementation of the Activities in 2023
The purpose of this report is to determine the level of implementation of the Action Plan of the Government Strategy for Cooperation with and Development of Civil Society 2022-2024, the realization of the strategic and operational goals and the implemented activities in 2023. Further on, the report provides recommendations and guidelines for the preparation of the next Strategy, the preparation of which should begin in the middle of 2024, and it is necessary to ensure a full consultative process and CSOs’ involvement.

The analysis provides a brief overview from the beginnings of the idea to create the Council, the establishment of the Council and its functioning until the end of 2022. Special focus is placed and detailed elaboration of its functioning in 2022 and the implementation of the Council Work Program for 2022.
