The Civil Society Resource Centre prepares a weekly overview of all draft laws prepared by the Government which is published on the electronic portal ENER. This regular weekly overview keeps CSOs informed about new proposals to laws, which will give CSOs opportunities to be involved in the policy creation process and to contribute to the development of participatory democracy by giving their proposals for improvement of the legislation. On the other hand, CSOs will be aware of possible changes to the regulation that impacts their operation.

On monthly basis, overviews with analysis of the impact that the legal changes might have on CSOs’ operation are also prepared. If there are certain legislative changes that could impact the daily operation of CSOs, these changes are noted, reasoned and adequately presented to CSOs.
