Support to institutions
The Council for cooperation with and development of civil society is an advisory body of the Government for promotion of the cooperation, the dialogue and for stimulation of civil society development in the country.
The Council was established in April 2018 and it comprises 31 members appointed by the Government (15 members represent the bodies of the state administration and 16 members are CSOs’ representatives). CSRC will ensure support to the newly established Council on the basis of the assessment of their needs.
The support to the relevant state bodies will not be limited only to the Council but it will also cover other bodies such as the Unit for cooperation with NGOs, the network of state officials responsible for cooperation with CSOs, etc.
