Nov 11, 2019

The association Nexus-Civil Concept, in the framework of the awarded under the Civil Society Resource Centre has completed the preparation of the Strategic Plan for 2020-2024 and the Action Plan for 2020. They have been translated into English and are currently in the process of being designed.

In addition, Nexus held its second mentoring workshop on November 8, 2019 at the mentoring organisation Center for Change Management (CUP). Because the planned activities were completed before the deadline, Nexus and CUP decided, in the remaining period, to develop additional public procurement documents and job systematisation documents for the needs of the administrative and financial operations of Nexus. At the mentoring workshop CUP explained the necessity and importance of owning these documents and jointly prepared the draft versions. Their final version will be completed by early December.
