PACT – Youth Wings for Active Communication and Tolerance

To monitor youth involvement in the local elections through a joint commitment to fair and democratic elections and to promote increased political culture and integrity in the local electoral processes.

1. P1: A joint declaration for fair and democratic elections signed by youth organisations/youth wings of at least 20 political parties
2. P2: Monitoring and analysis of youth participation in the upcoming local elections in at least 20 municipalities
3. P3: Preparation of a report with findings and recommendations for improving youth participation in future electoral processes
