Digital Shield: Monitoring the 2025 Local Elections from Hybrid Threats in the Digital Space

To contribute to strengthening democracy in the Republic of North Macedonia by enhancing the transparency, security, and inclusiveness of the 2025 local elections. The focus is on timely detection, analysis, and mitigation of risks posed by hybrid threats, disinformation, and hate speech in the digital space, through strengthening the capacities of civil society organisations for election monitoring.

R2: A structured civil and journalistic alert system for digital electoral threats is established throughout the electoral process
