To encourage and strengthen the active participation of women, youth, and smaller ethnic communities in the overall local election process by amplifying their voices in public and media spaces during the pre-election, election, and post-election periods.

• R1: Accurate reflection of the current state of inclusion of women, youth, and smaller ethnic communities in public life and decision-making at the local level
• R2: Raised awareness of the need for more active participation of these social groups in public life and local decision-making
• R3: Comprehensive monitoring report on the inclusion of women, youth, and smaller ethnic communities in the 2025 local elections
• R4: Increased participation of women, youth, and smaller ethnic communities in the entire electoral process, institutional inclusion and decision-making, as well as improved transparency and accountability
