Youth Coalition – support for local business

Greater social and economic inclusion and development through the development of social and economic skills, as well as multi-dimensional and multi-sectoral cooperation with youth and women from different ethnic communities in the municipality of Kumanovo and Lipkovo.

• At least 30 young people from all ethnic communities have been informed about employment and self-employment opportunities as well as opening a business;
• An analysis has been prepared on the measures for the implementation of public policies for the labour market at the local level;
• At least 30 participants, 80% of whom are young, 50% of whom are women, have been trained through training to strengthen employment skills and basic business management skills;
• At least 15 unemployed people who have attended trainings and are part of the project have been trained through practical work and mentoring in local companies in Kumanovo and Lipkovo.
