1. Strengthened capacities of women’s and civil society organisations for election monitoring and advocacy through networking, training, and coalition-building for gender-responsive election observation.
2. Stimulated institutional and public dialogue for advancing the gender perspective in electoral regulations and practices through legal analysis, policy briefs, monitoring, and media education.
