• Mapped the situation with the elderly in the municipality of Gostivar;
• Contribution to decision-making processes on issues related to the elderly in the municipality of Gostivar and the opportunities for the development of a care economy;
• Implemented local initiatives for the advocacy and inclusion of the elderly.
