To increase trust between citizens and municipal authorities through regular monitoring of the work of the Council, publishing public reports, and involving citizens in decision-making, with special emphasis on the commissions for inter-community relations and gender equality.

• Conducted monitoring of the work of the Council and the committees;
• Conducted analysis of the documents, decisions and minutes of the Council and the committees;
• Prepared and distributed reports with recommendations to the media and the non-governmental sector;
• Prepared a document with specific recommendations and guidelines for improving the transparency and accountability of the Council and the committees;
• Organised a conference with the participation of representatives of the Council, the civil society, media and interested citizens for the presentation of the findings of the research and the policy paper.
