The association Legal Think participated in a two-day project cycle management training on 5-6 October 2019, as part of their grant awarded under the Civil Society Resource Centre.
Together with their mentor organization, the Local Community Development Foundation, they worked out the most important elements in project cycle management, from planning, implementation to project evaluation. In addition to the theoretical part, the association’s members have improved and upgraded their knowledge and skills through a practical preparation of a project application.
The association says that such a training, as well as all the support provided by the Local Community Development Foundation, is an excellent opportunity to develop a young organisation. This is also a solid basis for setting longer-term goals as well as strengthening the internal capacity of the organisation itself.
The association Legal Think is implementing the project “Partnership for Good Governance” in partnership with the mentoring organisation Local Community Development Foundation – Stip, funded under the program “National Resource Centre for Civil Society Organisations”. The program is implemented by the Macedonian Center for International Cooperation (MCIC), Association for Democratic Initiatives (ADI) from Gostivar and Media Plus from Stip, and is funded by the EU.
